Côte de Nuits Vieilles Vignes - A. Chopin et Fils represents an authentic journey into the heart of Burgundy, a region famous for some of the most prized vineyards in the world. This wine is made from particularly old vines, often exceeding 40 years, which impart complexity and depth to the glass. The main grape variety used is Pinot Noir, which expresses in this microclimate an elegant and persistent bouquet, where notes of ripe red forest fruits, delicate spices, and a subtle earthy hint intertwine.

The aging, traditionally carried out in French oak barrels, gives the wine a harmonious structure, with silky but well-defined tannins, capable of evolving over time without losing freshness and finesse. Côte de Nuits Vieilles Vignes is ideal to accompany red meat dishes, mushrooms, and aged cheeses, making it a perfect companion for tables that appreciate sophistication and balance. Thanks to its marked territorial character, this wine is the authentic expression of the terroir of Nuits-Saint-Georges, a gem for lovers of high-class Pinot Noir.
