The Côtes de Toul Pinot Auxerrois from the Lelièvre winery is an extraordinary example that reflects the elegance and uniqueness of the terroir from which it originates. This white wine is produced in Lorraine, a lesser-known area in the French wine landscape, but one that offers niche wines of surprising quality.

Primarily produced from the Pinot Auxerrois variety, this wine presents a light straw yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet reminiscent of white flowers, green apple, and a slight hint of almond. On the palate, its freshness and balanced structure are appreciated, accompanied by a pleasant acidity that invites a second sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Côtes de Toul Pinot Auxerrois pairs perfectly with light dishes such as spring salads, seafood-based appetizers, or shellfish. Its versatility makes it an excellent companion for a variety of occasions, from informal dinners to more formal events.

Let yourself be surprised by the freshness and authenticity of this wine, which expresses all the unique character of its place of origin.
