The Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Blanc by M. Chapoutier is a white wine that perfectly embodies the style and philosophy of one of the most renowned producers of the Rhone Valley, Michel Chapoutier. This wine is part of the "Belleruche" range, which represents the classic line of Chapoutier, offering wines of great quality and accessibility, which clearly express the varietal characteristics and terroir of origin.

Belleruche Blanc is typically a blend of traditional varieties from the Rhone Valley, such as Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc. This combination of grape varieties leads to a balanced wine, which reflects the diversity and aromatic richness allowed by the union of these grapes.

At sight, the Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Blanc presents a brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, the wine unfolds a complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as peaches and pears, floral accents given by the Viognier and a touch of minerality and freshness. Careful use of wood during winemaking and maturation can add subtle nuances of vanilla and spice, further enriching the flavor profile without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

In the mouth, Belleruche Blanc offers a nice acidity that balances the richness of the fruit, making the wine lively and refreshing. The structure is medium, with a palate that brings back the olfactory sensations of fruit and flowers, leading to a clean and persistent finish.

This wine is extremely versatile at the table, pairing well with a wide range of dishes. It is ideal with seafood, grilled fish, chicken, vegetable dishes and goat cheeses. The Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Blanc is also an excellent choice as an aperitif, thanks to its freshness and inviting aromatic profile.
