This wine is made from typical regional grapes, mainly Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, or Pinot Noir, carefully selected in vineyards located on the steep slopes of the Alsatian hills, characterized by a rich and varied terroir.

The aging sur lies for several months gives the bubbles a refined liveliness and an intriguing aromatic complexity, with finely integrated yeast aromas, notes of white fruits, and a pleasant minerality that reflects the limestone and clay soil.
