Crémant d’Alsace KB - Christian Binner is an elegant expression of the Alsatian sparkling wine tradition, where the Crémant d’Alsace denomination guarantees the excellence of bubbles obtained with the classic method. This wine is made from typical regional grapes, mainly Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, or Pinot Noir, carefully selected in vineyards located on the steep slopes of the Alsatian hills, characterized by a rich and varied terroir.

The aging sur lies for several months gives the bubbles a refined liveliness and an intriguing aromatic complexity, with finely integrated yeast aromas, notes of white fruits, and a pleasant minerality that reflects the limestone and clay soil. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a fine and persistent perlage that enhances the lightness and balance typical of the denomination.

Perfect to accompany seafood appetizers, shellfish, or light dishes, Crémant d’Alsace KB is a versatile and fresh wine that embodies the winemaking art of Christian Binner, capable of combining tradition and modernity in every sip.

Winery history
The Binner family has been present in the Alsace vineyards for centuries; the official website traces family roots back to 1770. The estate has remained family-run and, beginning in the 2000s, under the leadership of Christian consolidated the transition to organic and later biodynamic viticulture, with winemaking focused on minimal intervention and the production of "living" wines.
Production philosophy
The estate prioritizes soil conservation and vineyard vitality: organic and biodynamic vineyard practices, spontaneous fermentations, and low‑intervention winemaking to express the character of the terroir and the grapes.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Ammerschwihr, in the "poche de Colmar", the domaine cultivates vineyards on hillside soils that include important crus noted on the product sheets, and produces whites and reds, Crémant, and skin-contact wines.
