The Cremant de Savoie Brut by Philippe Viallet is a sparkling wine of excellent quality that embodies the pure expression of the unique terroir of the Savoie region in France. Produced using the traditional method, this sparkling wine is known for its refinement and the delicate balance of aromas and flavors it offers.

The cuvée is predominantly made from Jacquère grapes, a native variety that gives the wine freshness and liveliness. Other grape varieties that may be included in the blend include Chardonnay, Altesse, or even Pinot Noir, enriching the bouquet with fruity and floral notes.

In appearance, the Cremant de Savoie Brut presents a bright straw-yellow color, embellished by a fine and persistent perlage that tempts the eye and predisposes to the pleasure of the sip. On the nose, it opens with fascinating complexity: aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits such as pear, and subtle hints of citrus blend into an olfactory harmony that preludes the taste.

On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances the structure. Freshness is the distinctive trait, making it suitable to accompany a variety of dishes, from light appetizers to fish-based dishes, or as an aperitif.

This Cremant de Savoie Brut is therefore an excellent choice for those seeking a sophisticated sparkling wine that enhances the natural flavors of the Savoie region, offering a tasting experience that satisfies both the novice and the more experienced palate.
