The Crémant du Jura Blanc de Noirs from the Tissot winery represents a sparkling excellence from the Jura region, an area renowned for its winemaking tradition and for its ability to highlight the minerality of its terroirs. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, this Crémant expresses rare elegance and finesse, combining the typical structure of the grape variety with the liveliness of classic method bubbles.

The vinification follows the strict traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a long aging period on the lees, which gives complexity and creaminess to the perlage. On the nose, aromas of small red fruits develop, such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by notes of fresh yeast and hints of toasted hazelnut. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and surprisingly persistent, with a balance between acidity and softness that invites sip after sip.

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and shellfish, this Crémant is also ideal for accompanying moments of refined conviviality, enhancing the tradition and excellence of the Jura region.

Conversion to organic and biodynamic practices with Demeter certification. Parcel-based production: many single cuvées that express the different terroirs of the Jura. Emblematic wines of the Jura in the catalogue: Vin Jaune, Vin de Paille and Crémant du Jura. Low-intervention cellar approach: native yeasts, minimal filtration and reduced sulfite levels.
Winery history
The estate was started by the Tissot family and is now run by Bénédicte and Stéphane, who have led the shift toward less invasive farming practices. Family roots go back to the 1960s; from the 1990s modern management was consolidated and the property began conversion to organic and biodynamic farming, subsequently achieving Demeter certification.
Production philosophy
The estate pursues low chemical-input viticulture and low-intervention winemaking: manual harvesting, predominant use of indigenous yeasts, parcel-by-parcel vinifications, minimal filtration, and reduced or no use of sulfites depending on the cuvées.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the heart of the Jura, with vineyards around Montigny-lès-Arsures and in the Arbois area, it cultivates plots known as Curon, La Mailloche and Les Bruyères, and also has vines on sites in Château-Chalon.
