The Distillato Amarene di Montagna 50cl - Capovilla is made from carefully selected sour cherries from the mountain valleys of Veneto, a region that gives the fruit a particular aromatic intensity thanks to the temperature variations and mineral-rich soils. This distillate is the result of an artisanal process of fermentation and low-temperature distillation that preserves the fragrant fruity notes intact, enhancing in particular the characteristic balance between sweetness and acidity typical of mountain sour cherries.

On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of fresh sour cherry, enriched by delicate hints of aromatic herbs and a light scent of toasted almond. On the palate, it reveals a soft and enveloping structure, balanced by a pleasant freshness and a lingering finish that recalls the natural sweetness of the fruit.

Perfect to enjoy neat at the end of a meal, this distillate also pairs well with spoon desserts or aged cheeses, revealing all its personality and the authentic essence of the mountain territory it comes from.
