The Distillato Pesche di Vigna a Pasta Rossa 50cl - Capovilla is born from carefully cultivated peaches in the vineyards of the Treviso province, a land rich in tradition and ideal climate for the aromatic ripening of this variety. Made through an artisanal distillation process, it preserves the essence and fruity complexity typical of red-fleshed peaches, offering an intense and enveloping bouquet. On the nose, sweet and fresh notes are perceived, with hints of white flowers and a light touch of aromatic herbs that provide harmony and depth.

The tasting is soft and rounded, with a well-balanced harmony between the natural sweetness of the fruit and a delicate mineral savoriness that invites slow sipping. The aging in wooden barrels helps to enhance spicy nuances and gives a long and pleasant final persistence.
