Dolcetto d'Acqui DOC "Ca' Bianca" is a red wine that embodies the essence of the Dolcetto grape in its specific territorial expression of Acqui, part of the prestigious wine panorama of Piedmont. This wine, produced by the Ca' Bianca winery, represents the commitment to valorising one of the most characteristic vines of the region, offering an interpretation that faithfully balances tradition with modern winemaking techniques.

"Ca' Bianca" stands out for its intense ruby red color with violet reflections, typical of Dolcetto, which invites tasting. On the nose, the wine expresses a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched by floral nuances and a light spiciness that adds complexity to the whole.

In the mouth, Dolcetto d'Acqui "Ca' Bianca" surprises with its pleasantness and drinkability, distinctive characteristics of the vine. The acidity is well balanced by the softness of the tannins, which together contribute to a harmonious and easy-to-approach structure. The finish is clean, with a typical light bitterness that invites another sip.

This wine adapts perfectly to a wide variety of dishes, from traditional Piedmontese cuisine, such as tajarin with ragù or raw meat appetizers, to lighter meat dishes and not too mature cheeses. Its versatility also makes it an excellent companion for convivial and informal moments.

The production of Dolcetto d'Acqui "Ca' Bianca" follows rigorous criteria to guarantee the maximum expression of the grape variety and the territory, underlining Ca' Bianca's attention to quality and authenticity. A wine that, with every sip, speaks of the richness and diversity of wine-growing Piedmont.
