The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Pilone del Canta Fontanafredda is born in the heart of the Langhe, a land famous for its wine-making tradition and the ideal climate for growing the Dolcetto grape. This wine fully expresses the typicality of the territory, with selected bunches that give a fresh and lively structure. The intense ruby red color anticipates a fruity bouquet dominated by scents of cherry and plum, accompanied by light floral notes and a delicate spiciness.

On the palate it reveals itself to be soft and harmonious, with gentle tannins and a pleasant almond finish, typical of Dolcetto. The brief aging in steel preserves the freshness and immediacy of the fruit, making it perfect to accompany traditional Piedmont dishes such as agnolotti or white meats. A wine to discover for those seeking authenticity and character in every sip.
