The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC of Scaletta, produced by the historic winery Piazzo Comm. Armando, is a refined example of the winemaking tradition of Piedmont. Coming from vineyards located in the hills of Alba, this wine best expresses the Dolcetto grape variety, characterized by an intense ruby color and lively aromas of red fruits, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by light floral notes.

The aging takes place mainly in steel, which preserves the freshness and genuineness of the fruit, giving it a soft but firm structure. On the palate, it is balanced, with silky tannins and a pleasant slightly bitter persistence, typical of Dolcetto. Perfect as a companion to flavorful appetizers, first courses based on red sauces, and white meats, this wine represents an effective synthesis between tradition and territorial vitality.

A sip of authentic Piedmont, capable of telling the territory with elegance and accessibility.
