The Dom Jurosa Brut by Lis Neris represents the excellence of the Friulian region in a glass. This Metodo Classico sparkling wine stands out for its refinement and complexity, offering a tasting experience that reflects the passion and innovation of the Lis Neris winery.

Visually, the Dom Jurosa Brut showcases a brilliant straw yellow color, punctuated by fine and persistent perlage that attests to its quality and meticulous winemaking process. The nose is caressed by an elegant and varied bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, enriched by hints of citrus and subtle touches of brioche and almond, stemming from its long aging on the lees.

On the palate, the Dom Jurosa Brut exhibits perfect harmony between acidity and body. The entry is lively and refreshing, followed by a progressively revealing structure that shows balance and a creamy texture. The finish is long and clean, with a return of the fruity sensations perceived on the nose, inviting another sip.

Produced in limited quantities, this cuvée results from a careful selection process of the grapes and meticulous vinification, which includes fermentation in oak barrels and at least 36 months of aging on the lees before disgorgement.

The Dom Jurosa Brut by Lis Neris is ideal as a classy aperitif but possesses the structure to accompany refined dishes, particularly seafood appetizers, shellfish, and white meats. A true gem for connoisseurs who seek in a sparkling wine not just celebration, but a true expression of the terroir.
