Domaine des Granges de Mirabel - M. Chapoutier is a distinctive white wine that comes from Ardèche, a region located in the western part of the Rhône in France. This wine is produced by Michel Chapoutier, a world-renowned winemaker known for his dedication to quality, innovation and sustainability. Chapoutier is particularly renowned for his wines from the Rhône Valley, but his commitment also extends to other areas, such as the Ardèche, where he applies the same rigor and attention to quality.

The Domaine des Granges de Mirabel is primarily composed of Viognier, a grape variety that Chapoutier has demonstrated mastery in several expressions, celebrated for its ability to produce aromatic and structured white wines. This wine reflects Chapoutier's philosophical approach to viticulture, which includes biodynamic practices and a strong commitment to expressing the unique characteristics of each terroir.

This wine stands out for its intense and complex aromatic profile, typical of Viognier, with notes of white flowers, white pulp fruits such as peaches and apricots, and touches of sweet spices and minerality. Fermentation and maturation are carefully controlled to preserve the integrity of the fruit and enrich the wine with subtle complexity without overpowering its natural vibrancy.

When tasted, Domaine des Granges de Mirabel reveals a rich and velvety texture, balanced by good acidity which gives freshness and dynamism to the palate. Its structure allows you to pair this wine with a variety of dishes, from light appetizers to fish dishes, poultry in a creamy sauce and even soft cheeses.
