Erbaluce Metodo Classico - Erbavoglio - Torraccia is produced on the gentle hills of Canavese, in Piedmont, a land that gives the native Erbaluce grape unique freshness and mineral notes. This sparkling wine is characterized by its elegant fine and persistent bubbles, obtained through bottle fermentation according to the classic method. Aging on the lees imparts complexity with hints of bread crust and yeast, balanced by a vibrant acidity that makes the sip lively and harmonious. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, green apple, and citrus emerge, while on the palate the typical minerality of the territory combines with a pleasant structure. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, this Erbaluce Metodo Classico expresses refined elegance and a distinctive territorial style, ideal for accompanying convivial moments with freshness and character.

Winery history
The company's origins date back to the 1950s, when Pierino Piantavigna planted the first vineyards; it was officially established in 1997 by Alessandro Francoli. Over time ownership and management have evolved to include local family collaborations and an expansion of vineyards and production, while maintaining a focus on the viticultural traditions of the Colline Novaresi.
Production philosophy
Showcasing the territory through careful, low-impact viticulture, prioritizing native grape varieties and practices that bring out the character of the soil and climate. The approach combines respect for local tradition with modern winemaking techniques to produce wines with long aging potential.
