'Esprit Gassier from Château Gassier is a rosé wine that represents the elegance and refinement of Provence, a French region famous for its high-quality rosés. Château Gassier, located in the heart of the Sainte-Victoire Regional Natural Park, benefits from a unique terroir that contributes to producing distinctive wines, characterized by freshness, delicate aromas and a pleasant minerality.

Esprit Gassier is a blend of traditional varieties from Provence, such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and sometimes Rolle (Vermentino), which together create a rosé of great balance and complexity. This wine is meant to reflect the "spirit" of Provence, with its relaxed lifestyle, breathtaking landscapes and Mediterranean cuisine.

At sight, it presents a pale and brilliant pink color, typical of Provençal rosés. On the nose, Esprit Gassier offers an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, cherries and peaches, enriched by floral nuances and a light touch of spices. Freshness and elegance are the distinctive features of this wine, which invites you to sip after sip.

In the mouth, it is lively and refreshing, with a well-balanced acidity that supports the fruity flavors and guarantees a long aromatic persistence. Its elegant minerality and balanced structure make it a versatile companion for various gastronomic combinations, from fish-based cuisine to vegetarian dishes, from light cured meats to fresh cheeses.

Esprit Gassier is more than just a rosé; it is a tribute to the winemaking tradition of Provence, designed to be enjoyed in company, perhaps on a hot summer afternoon or as an elegant opening to a dinner. It reflects Château Gassier's commitment to producing wines that are both representative of their terroir and accessible, offering a tasting experience that combines pleasure and refinement.
