In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, sometimes with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of ripe white fruit, such as peach and pear, enriched with nuances of aromatic herbs and a slight hint of honey. On the palate, the wine is elegant and harmonious, with a perfect balance between fresh acidity and a full body that concludes with a persistent mineral note. Etna Bianco - Tenute Mannino is an ideal choice to accompany delicate fish dishes or seafood, highlighting its ability to pair with refined foods. A true expression of the Etna territory, this wine is capable of surprising with its liveliness and complexity.

Winery history
The Mannino family has been active in the Etna area for generations: their entrepreneurial roots trace back to Baron Franz Mannino, a key figure in the export of wine and citrus since the 19th century. In the 1990s Giuseppe Mannino relaunched wine production, and today leadership rests with Giorgio, representing the sixth generation. The winery has solidified its local production, agritourism activities and its presence in domestic and international markets.
Production philosophy
Develop wines that express the volcanic terroir of Etna through freshness and minerality, distinguish the wines from the different slopes, and integrate modern winemaking practices with hospitality experiences and typical agricultural products.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on Etna’s north and south slopes: on the southern slope white varieties such as Carricante and Catarratto predominate; on the northern slope vineyards planted with Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio are found. The estate manages several properties including Tenuta del Gelso, Pietra Marina and Le Sciarelle.
