Extra Dry - Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG - Col de' Salici is born in the heart of the hills of Valdobbiadene, a territory recognized for the quality and elegance of its sparkling wines, among the excellences of Veneto. The main grape variety is Glera, the protagonist of a traditional winemaking method that enhances the freshness and softness typical of Prosecco.

This Extra Dry stands out for a fine and persistent perlage that envelops the glass in a brilliant and luminous visual appeal. On the nose, a delicate bouquet emerges, with notes of green apple, ripe pear, and floral hints of acacia, accompanied by a pleasant nuance of bread crust. On the palate, it is balanced, with a light sweetness that pairs with a vibrant acidity, giving a surprising harmony and an engaging freshness.

The aging takes place in steel, thus preserving the aromatic integrity and the fragrant lightness that make the Extra Dry of Col de' Salici ideal as an aperitif or paired with light Mediterranean cuisine dishes, such as appetizers based on fish and crunchy vegetables. A true expression of the Veneto terroir, able to gracefully welcome every moment of conviviality.
