Extra Dry from Col de' Salici is an elegant Prosecco Superiore DOCG coming from the heart of the Valdobbiadene area, a land recognized for the exceptional quality of its sparkling wines. This wine is made from carefully selected Glera grapes, grown on the hilly slopes of a unique territory, characterized by a favorable microclimate that enhances the freshness and fragrance of the fruit.
The aging takes place using the Charmat method, highlighting the fine and persistent bubbles typical of this denomination.
