Extra Dry from Col de' Salici is an elegant Prosecco Superiore DOCG coming from the heart of the Valdobbiadene area, a land recognized for the exceptional quality of its sparkling wines. This wine is made from carefully selected Glera grapes, grown on the hilly slopes of a unique territory, characterized by a favorable microclimate that enhances the freshness and fragrance of the fruit.

The aging takes place using the Charmat method, highlighting the fine and persistent bubbles typical of this denomination. The result is a wine with lively and bright perlage, with an aromatic bouquet that opens with notes of apple, pear, and white flowers, enriched by delicate hints of citrus and exotic fruit. On the palate it is harmonious, with a refined balance between contained sweetness and a pleasant acidity, which provide freshness and immediate drinkability.

This Extra Dry is perfect as an aperitif but also proves versatile in pairings, beautifully matching fish-based dishes, delicate appetizers, and fresh cheeses. A true sparkling jewel that carries with it the authentic character of the Valdobbiadene territory.
