The Fiano Paestum IGT by XA, produced by the Tempa di Zoe winery, represents an excellence of Campania, a land renowned for native grape varieties like Fiano. Grown in the fertile lands of the Paestum plain, this wine fully expresses the characteristics of the grape thanks to careful winemaking and a calibrated aging process, often in steel to preserve freshness and minerality.

In the glass, it appears with a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, and light hazelnut notes typical of Fiano. On the palate, it stands out for a pleasant balance between vibrant acidity and body, with a fine and spicy aromatic persistence that invites further tastings.

Ideal paired with dishes based on fish, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, this wine is perfect to enhance Mediterranean cuisine while keeping the Paestum territory at the center.
