The Fiano Puglia IGT of Masseria Surani is made from Fiano grapes carefully grown in the heart of Puglia, a region that produces white wines of great freshness and elegance. This wine expresses in the glass a rich and complex aromatic profile, with floral hints of linden and fruity notes of white peach and melon, balanced by a pleasant minerality typical of the Puglian terroir.
With a bright straw-yellow color, the Fiano of Soranì surprises on the palate with its soft structure, supported by good acidity that invites continued tasting. The aging takes place in steel to preserve the freshness and varietal purity, making it ideal to accompany dishes based on fish, shellfish, and white meats. A versatile white, capable of delivering sincere and authentic emotions, reflecting the sunny and Mediterranean soul of Puglia.
