The Franciacorta Brut DOCG by Santus is a refined and vibrant expression of this famous Lombard denomination. Obtained from a skillfully balanced blend of classic Franciacorta grape varieties, such as Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, it surprises with its freshness and the finesse of the bubbles, the result of a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.

The color is bright straw yellow, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage that elegantly envelops the glass. On the nose, scents of green apple, citrus, and yeast notes emerge, recalling the complexity derived from aging on the lees. On the palate, it is balanced, with a pleasant acidity that makes it a versatile companion for seafood appetizers, fish-based dishes, and fresh cheeses.

The care in the cellar and the stylistic balance make this Franciacorta an ideal toast for every occasion, bringing to the table the excellence of the Santus territory.
