The Franciacorta DOCG Blanc Extra Brut by Contadi Castaldi is a sparkling wine of refined elegance. This wine represents a perfect example of Contadi Castaldi's ability to blend tradition and modernity.

It is born from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes, completed by small additions of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, harvested strictly by hand at their optimal ripeness. The aging on the lees lasts for as long as 30 months, well beyond the minimum required by the denomination, giving the wine a complexity and structure that surprise the palate.

On the nose, the Franciacorta DOCG Blanc Extra Brut by Contadi Castaldi surprises with its intense notes of green apple, berries, and a slight hint of citrus that blend with a refined mineral vein. The palate is consistent with the nose, featuring magnificent freshness and a rich, persistent mousse that enhance the harmony and elegance of the wine.

This Extra Brut version, with an extremely limited sugar residue, enhances the purity of the fruit and its structure, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, seafood, and fish-based dishes.

Suggested Pairings:
Its freshness and finesse make it perfect for pairing with oysters, salmon tartare, or even a seafood risotto. An authentic expression of elegance and complexity, which can also be enjoyed on its own, as a pure exercise in winemaking style.

Consumption Occasions:
Ideal for celebrating special occasions or for elevating a daily gathering with an undeniable touch of class.
