The Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero "Gualberto" from Ricci Curbastro Winery is a pure and refined expression of the Franciacorta terroir. This sparkling wine, crafted from a meticulous selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, is produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method, with a maturation period on the lees exceeding 30 months, promising exceptional aromatic complexity.

The uniqueness of Dosaggio Zero lies in its absence of sugar dosage at the disgorging stage, making it particularly appreciated by lovers of the purest sparkling wines, unaltered by additional sweetness. On the nose, Gualberto presents notes of fresh citrus, green apple, and yeast, interspersed with hints of almond and stony minerality. On the palate, the lack of dosage enhances its freshness and minerality, offering vibrant acidity and a silky structure that persists in a long and savory finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero "Gualberto" from Ricci Curbastro pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and can pleasantly surprise when matched with sushi and sashimi preparations. Its elegance and cleanliness also make it a perfect companion for celebrating special occasions or elevating everyday moments.

This wine not only testifies to the excellence of Ricci Curbastro Winery in producing Franciacorta but also to their commitment to sustainable practices and respect for the land, making it a thoughtful purchase for those who value quality and environmental responsibility.
