The Madonnina stands out for its bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, which heralds the freshness and liveliness of the sip. The perlage is fine and persistent.
'All'olfatto, the Franciacorta DOCG - La Madonnina expresses a complex and inviting bouquet. Notes of white flowers blend with hints of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and apple, enriched by delicate touches of yeast and toasted bread, typical of sur lie maturation. These aromas are enhanced by a light background of almond and minerality, which gives the wine a distinctive character.'

On the palate, the wine reveals a magnificent harmony between acidity and softness, supported by a balanced structure that leads to a long and pleasantly fresh finish. The creamy texture and fruity notes combine perfectly, making La Madonnina ideal as an aperitif or to accompany delicate dishes such as seafood, sushi, and light appetizers.

Franciacorta DOCG - La Madonnina represents a classy choice for those seeking a high-quality sparkling wine, capable of providing moments of pure tasting pleasure and refined elegance.

Production philosophy
Production focused on grape selection and the enhancement of individual grape varieties: an approach that combines respect for tradition, attention to the territory and openness to oenological experimentation to produce expressive, recognizable wines.

The estate is located on the western side of the Strada Bolgherese, in the intermediate band between the Colline Metallifere and the sea, at approximately 45 metres above sea level. Soils range from clayey to sandy. The property includes vineyards, an olive grove and the Macchia del Bruciato, which occupies a significant portion of the area.
