The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG by Arcari & Danesi is a pure and refined expression of Lombard viticulture, made exclusively from the best grapes of the region.

The peculiarity of "Dosaggio Zero" is that no sugar is added after disgorgement, which allows the true character of the wine to fully manifest. This Franciacorta presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage, a sign of its high quality and meticulous care in production.

On the nose, this wine surprises with its complexity. Notes of white flowers blend with nuances of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by delicate hints of citrus. As the wine unfolds, nuances of fresh bread and yeasts emerge, a result of the extended aging on the lees.

On the palate, the Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG by Arcari & Danesi is vigorous and pure. Its acidity is well balanced and leads to a medium-full palate with a creamy texture. The finish is long and clean, with an aftertaste reminiscent of fresh almond and the typical limestone minerality of the Franciacorta soil.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is also perfect for pairing with light appetizers, seafood, and fish dishes. Its purity and elegance make it an ideal companion for moments of celebration and special toasts.

Founded: 2006

Adoption of the proprietary "SoloUVA" method since 2008: refermentation without added sugars. Estate and vineyards on Montorfano with ancient, iron-rich soils that influence the minerality of the wines. Representative labels: Dosaggio Zero, Satèn, Coro delle Monache, Cascina Genovesina. Some production figures by type: Coro delle Monache 11,500 bottles, Dosaggio Zero 20,000 bottles, Satèn 7,000 bottles, Cascina Genovesina 2,000 bottles.
Winery history
The company was born from the idea and partnership of Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi: childhood friends with experience in trade and winemaking who brought the business project to life by opening their winery on Montorfano. The company was established in 2006 and, from 2008, began producing Franciacorta using the SoloUVA method, based on extended ripening of the grapes and secondary fermentation without added sugars.
Production philosophy
The winemaking philosophy aims to showcase ripe grapes and the local terroir: harvest is delayed until phenolic maturity, pressing is gentle to preserve acidity and freshness, and only self-produced sugars are used for the secondary fermentation, avoiding the addition of sucrose or other exogenous sugars. The goal is to produce wines that naturally express the fruit and soils of Franciacorta.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is located on Montorfano in the municipality of Coccaglio. Montorfano is a landform older than the surrounding morainic hills and has ancient, iron-rich red soils that impart minerality and sapidity to the wines. The vineyards are partly terraced and face south over the Po Valley.
