The Franciacorta Fuoriserie N. 024 - Boxed by Monte Rossa represents an excellence in the landscape of Italian sparkling wines. This wine, elegantly boxed and thus perfect as a refined gift, comes from one of the most esteemed wineries in Lombardy, known for its dedication to producing high-quality Franciacorta.

The Fuoriserie N. 024 is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, carefully selected from the best vineyards of the Monte Rossa winery. The winemaking follows the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, typical of Franciacorta production, thus consolidating the aromatic profile and ensuring fine and persistent bubbles.

Visually, it features a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections, hinting at the freshness that will be experienced on the palate. On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruits like pear and apple emerge, enriched by notes of yeast and bread crust derived from the extended aging on the lees.

On the palate, the Franciacorta Fuoriserie N. 024 is elegant and harmonious, with a perfect balance between the lively acidity and the structure provided by Pinot Nero. The finesse of the bubbles caresses the palate, accompanying the fruity notes towards a long and pleasantly fresh finish.

This Franciacorta is not just a wine, but a sensory experience that celebrates the craftsmanship and tradition of the Lombardy region. It is ideal for accompanying light appetizers, fish-based dishes, and perfect as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
