The exclusively Chardonnay grapes that make up this wine come from our oldest vineyards located near Lake Iseo, fully enjoying the advantages of its particular microclimate. Its effervescence is gentle, with an underlined perlage, while the straw color varies in shade based on the vintage.

As for the aroma, it offers a complex bouquet that evokes sensations of fresh fruit, notes of acacia and lime. The fermentations take place partly in lightly toasted barriques, helping to give the wine a touch of elegance, finesse and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, it stands out for a pleasant sensation of softness.

This wine finds its perfect harmony with delicate first courses, fish-based dishes and white meats.
