"Dosaggio Zero" means that no sugar is added during the disgorgement process, thus enhancing the purity and authenticity of the wine. This stylistic choice leads to an extremely elegant and fresh Franciacorta, with a well-defined personality and a character that faithfully reflects its territory of origin.

Specifically, the Franciacorta Sublimis Dosaggio Zero Riserva by Uberti is produced with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. The winemaking is carried out with great care, and the attention to detail is reflected in the final product. The maturation period on the lees is extended, exceeding 60 months, which contributes to developing complexity, depth, and an excellent structure.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of fresh fruit scents, toasted bread notes, and mineral nuances. On the palate, it surprises with its vibrancy and fresh acidity, having a medium body and a long and pleasant aromatic persistence.

The Franciacorta Sublimis Dosaggio Zero Riserva is a wine that pairs beautifully with refined dishes, ideal for accompanying seafood starters, fish-based dishes, and white meats. It is also a superb companion for celebratory moments or as a sophisticated aperitif.

In conclusion, this cuvée represents an authentic expression of the Franciacorta terroir and the philosophy of the Uberti winery, which always aims for the highest quality and the purest expression of the wine.
