Le uve vengono interamente raccolte a mano, a perfetta maturazione e nelle ore più fresche del mattino.In breve tempo giungono in cantina, dove viene fatta una pressatura soffice delle uve intere. Il mosto fiore così ottenuto, dopo un primo travaso, viene collocato nelle vasche di fermentazione a temperatura controllata. Il vino rimane quindi sulle sue fecce fini per 6-7 mesi e poi imbottigliato dopo 8-9 mesi dalla vendemmia.

Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli, dal gusto deciso e rotondo, con tipico sapore di mandorla e fiori di camomilla, emergono note di fiori di campo. Esprime sensazioni di acidità leggermente inferiori agli altri vini.

Adatto con affettati, con verdure, in particolare con le primizie primaverili da impiegarsi in risotti e frittate, e con i crostacei.
