The Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Pinot Grigio di Torre Rosazza is a refined and authentic expression of this famous grape variety in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Grown on steep hills with mineral-rich soils, this Pinot Grigio benefits from an ideal microclimate, capable of giving freshness and liveliness to the wine. The winemaking process, carefully managed, involves a slow fermentation at controlled temperature that preserves the typical varietal aromas. In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color and delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, and well-integrated mineral notes. On the palate, it is balanced and soft, with a pleasant persistence recalling citrus scents and a light almond nuance. It is perfect with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and aromatic risottos, thus enhancing traditional Friulian cuisine with a touch of elegance and freshness.
