Ca' Bianca's Gavi DOCG is an excellence of the Italian wine scene, coming from the Piedmont region, in the north-west of Italy. This white wine is produced exclusively with Cortese grapes, a vine that finds the ideal conditions in the Gavi area to best express its characteristics of freshness, minerality and elegance. Ca' Bianca, with its passion and commitment to the care of the vineyards and winemaking, offers a Gavi DOCG which represents a perfect synthesis between territory and viticultural variety.

Gavi di Ca' Bianca has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its liveliness. On the nose, the wine unfolds a delicate but complex bouquet, with notes of white flowers, fresh fruit such as green apple and peach, and a light mineral vein, reminiscent of flint. These olfactory sensations herald a palate where freshness is the protagonist, accompanied by good acidity and a balanced structure that makes the wine pleasantly drinkable and persistent.

Ideal as an aperitif, Ca' Bianca's Gavi DOCG pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, seafood and white meats. Its freshness and minerality also make it an excellent companion for Asian cuisine, capable of expertly contrasting the richness of flavors and spices.

With its Gavi DOCG, Ca' Bianca confirms the excellence of Piedmontese viticulture, offering a wine that is at the same time an authentic expression of the Cortese vine and testimony to the uniqueness of the Gavi territory, recognized for its ability to produce high-quality white wines quality and great pleasure.
