Genever 1Yo 100cl - Zuidam Genever represents a refined expression of the traditional Dutch spirit, produced in the Baarle-Nassau region, the beating heart of this historic specialty. Distilled with artisanal dedication, it is characterized by an aging of at least one year in wooden barrels, which gives it a harmonious balance and a velvety structure.
On the nose it opens with delicate aromas of noble cereals, sweet malt and a herbal touch typical of juniper, accompanied by light hints of vanilla and sweet spices, the result of aging. On the palate it reveals an enveloping softness, with a robust yet elegant body and a clean finish that hints at the centuries-old tradition of this spirit.
Perfect to enjoy neat or with ice, Genever 1Yo Zuidam pairs excellently with cold cuts, aged cheeses or can be used as a base for classic cocktails, paying tribute to the past with a modern perspective.
