The Genius Fiano Sannio DOC 2023 - Terre Stregate represents an excellent expression of the Fiano grape variety, cultivated in the fertile lands of Sannio. This white wine is characterized by its liveliness and freshness, having been vinified with methods that respect tradition while incorporating modern winemaking techniques to preserve the most authentic characteristics of the grape.

The Genius Fiano presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color and offers a complex and fragrant bouquet on the nose, intertwining notes of white flowers, peach, acacia honey, and subtle hints of almond. On the palate, its well-balanced acidity and elegant structure make it pleasant and inviting, with a persistent aftertaste that closes on fruity and slightly mineral tones.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as fresh cheeses. Its versatility makes it suitable for various occasions, from informal dinners to more refined events.
