Gentil - Famille Hugel is a white wine that elegantly represents the Alsatian tradition, where the combination of territory and grape varieties offers a unique sensory experience. Coming from the Alsace region, renowned for its winemaking vocation, this wine is a harmonious blend that combines several native grapes such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Auxerrois, thus enhancing the typical characteristics of the territory and the cool climate that imparts freshness and vivacity to the final product.

Gentil stands out for careful aging, aimed at preserving its freshness and aromaticity. On the nose, it opens with delicate scents of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits, and light citrus notes, balanced by a mineral texture typical of Alsatian soils. On the palate, the tasting is harmonious, balanced between acidity and softness, with a persistence that invites further sipping.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs well with delicate fish dishes, carpaccios, and soft cheese, enhancing the nuances of each course without overpowering them. A refined expression of territory and style according to the Hugel family.
