The Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC Nussbaumer - Tramin is born in one of the most suitable lands for this aromatic grape variety, among the gentle slopes of Alto Adige. This wine best expresses the character of the Gewürztraminer, thanks to a vinification that intensely preserves the fresh and fragrant aromas. In the glass, it presents itself with an intense golden yellow color, anticipating intense aromas of roses, lychee, sweet spices, and notes of exotic fruit.

On the palate, it is enveloping, with a fresh acidity that balances the natural softness and a slightly spicy finish, typical of the variety. The production area, with its alpine climate and well-drained soils, confers elegance and complexity to this wine which matures in steel, preserving the aromatic purity of the grape. Ideal paired with spicy dishes, fish carpaccios, or aged cheeses, it enchants with its personality and freshness.
