The Gin Hart & Dart Mulberry Barrel Aged is born from the expertise of the Garden Swift distillery, located in an area favorable to the production of carefully selected botanicals of superior quality. This gin stands out for its unique aging in mulberry barrels, which gives the spirit a deeply enveloping character and a rich, multifaceted aromatic complexity.

The aging process results in warm and velvety notes, intertwining sweet touches of vanilla, woody nuances, and a slight spiciness, while keeping the fresh and classic gin herbs intact. The olfactory profile opens with herbal and citrus scents, while on the palate soft notes of toasted almond emerge along with a persistent fruity finish reminiscent of the mulberry fruit.

Distillation
