Distilled with passion and expertise, the Glencadam 15-year-old matures in oak barrels that impart a complex structure and a delicate balance. The aromatic profile of this whisky is notably fresh and enticing, with citrus and vanilla notes that make their way through a veil of floral aromas and a light presence of sweet spices.
On the palate, the Glencadam 15-year-old is extraordinarily smooth and well-balanced. Notes of honey and ripe fruit blend with a subtle touch of malt and milk chocolate, creating a pleasantly complex and lingering tasting experience. The finish is long and warm, with a slightly spicy aftertaste and a pleasant creaminess that tempts one to take another sip.
Ideal to be enjoyed on its own, perhaps accompanied by a small piece of dark chocolate, the Glencadam 15-year-old is an excellent choice for those wishing to discover the depth and elegance of Highlands whisky. Its presentation also makes it a classy gift for enthusiasts and collectors of quality whisky.
A spirit that not only tells the story of one of Scotland’s oldest distillates but also celebrates the art of distillation with every sip. The combination of tradition and quality makes the Glencadam 15-year-old a true gem for connoisseurs.

Distillation
Traditional double distillation (wash still and spirit still) with separation into foreshots, middle cut and feints; the stillman selects the middle cut to obtain the new make.
Ageing
Maturation in oak casks stored in historic dunnage warehouses; use of finishes in wine/port/sherry casks for some expressions; many core range bottles are bottled at natural colour and non-chillfiltered.
