Goldschild Feinherb Riesling Mosel, produced by the Moselland winery, is a white wine that perfectly embodies the elegance and freshness typical of the Mosel region. Made from Riesling grapes grown on steep slate slopes, this wine reflects the unique minerality of the area, enriched by a slight residual sugar that makes it Feinherb, meaning delicately off-dry. The color is bright, straw yellow with greenish reflections, while on the nose aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and floral notes emerge, accompanied by a hint of flint. On the palate it is balanced and lively, with a vibrant acidity that ensures freshness and persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and Asian cuisine, Goldschild Feinherb Riesling Mosel is a refined example of the renowned winemaking tradition of the Mosel.
