The Goldschild Riesling Spatlese Mosel by Moselland represents the typical elegance of white wines from the renowned German Mosel region. Made from Riesling grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Mosel river, this Spatlese expresses a perfect balance between freshness and sweetness, a legacy of the cool climate and the clay-marl soils that characterize the area.

Of straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, it releases intense aromas of white peach, citrus, and light mineral notes reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate, it is juicy and lively, with a soft structure but well balanced by a slight acidity that gives persistence and drive.

Perfect as a pairing with fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, it is also ideal to enjoy in company, highlighting the authentic ability of Riesling to tell its territory with sharp finesse.
