The Grange Bin 95 Shiraz produced by Penfolds is considered one of the most emblematic expressions of Australian Shiraz, representing a true reference point for lovers of this grape variety. The production of Grange Bin 95 focuses on the high quality of selected grapes, sourced from some of the finest vineyards in Australia.

The winemaking of this prestigious wine follows a meticulous and carefully controlled approach, where aging takes place in new American oak barrels for a period that can extend up to 20 months, depending on the vintage. This process gives the wine a robust and complex structure, with a deep, almost black violet color.

On the nose, Grange Bin 95 reveals intense notes of dark fruits such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by hints of chocolate, vanilla, and a slight spicy touch of black pepper. On the palate, it is rich and full, with a well-balanced palate offering persistent flavors and elegant complexity.

With significant aging potential, Penfolds' Grange Bin 95 Shiraz is ideal for enjoying on special occasions, capable of magnificently evolving over decades. When serving, it is advisable to decant it for a few hours to enhance its aromatic range and ensure an unforgettable tasting experience.

Winery history
Penfolds was founded in Magill when Christopher and Mary Penfold planted the first vines in 1844. Over the decades the winery grew from local production of fortified and table wines to an international presence, with key moments such as the arrival of Max Schubert and the experimentation that led to the creation of the famous Grange in the 1950s. Today Penfolds combines tradition and innovation, continuing to nurture historic vineyards and select fruit from many regions for its flagship wines.
Production philosophy
The company's approach combines technical rigor and creativity: Penfolds prioritizes the pursuit of the "house style" through site selection, cellar experimentation and a vision that brings together science and craftsmanship to produce age-worthy, distinctive wines.
Terroir and vineyards

Penfolds also has international projects and fruit sources, for example Napa Valley in the United States.
