Grange from the renowned Penfolds winery is one of Australia's most celebrated and distinctive wines, an icon of winemaking that embodies the excellence and craftsmanship of Australian winemaking. This wine is considered one of the best Shiraz in the world and represents the pinnacle of quality and refinement.

Of an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, Grange offers an extraordinarily complex and enveloping aromatic bouquet. Intense aromas of ripe black fruits emerge, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper, vanilla, and liquorice, with subtle accents of chocolate and coffee.

In the mouth, this wine reveals a powerful and enveloping structure. The sip is full and full-bodied, with soft and velvety tannins that give the wine an elegant and luxurious texture. The intense and complex flavors develop harmoniously, leaving a long and persistent finish, with a pleasant note of oak wood and spices.

Penfolds Grange is a wine to be enjoyed calmly and respectfully, to fully appreciate its depth and complexity. It pairs beautifully with rich, succulent meat dishes, such as grilled lamb or beef tenderloin, but is also perfect to enjoy on its own, in moments of contemplation and pleasure.

This wine represents an icon of global winemaking, a remarkable expression of Australian terroir and Penfolds winemaking mastery, offering an unforgettable tasting experience that satisfies the senses and delights the palate.

Winery history
Penfolds was founded in Magill when Christopher and Mary Penfold planted the first vines in 1844. Over the decades the winery grew from local production of fortified and table wines to an international presence, with key moments such as the arrival of Max Schubert and the experimentation that led to the creation of the famous Grange in the 1950s. Today Penfolds combines tradition and innovation, continuing to nurture historic vineyards and select fruit from many regions for its flagship wines.
Production philosophy
The company's approach combines technical rigor and creativity: Penfolds prioritizes the pursuit of the "house style" through site selection, cellar experimentation and a vision that brings together science and craftsmanship to produce age-worthy, distinctive wines.
Terroir and vineyards

Penfolds also has international projects and fruit sources, for example Napa Valley in the United States.
