La Grappa Nizza from Distilleria Berta represents an excellence of the Piedmontese distilling tradition, produced with selected pomace, the result of Nebbiolo grapes from the prestigious vineyards of Nizza Monferrato. This grappa stands out for the clarity and purity of its bouquet, obtained through a double distillation in copper stills that preserves the aromas and characteristics of the territory. On the nose, intense hints of ripe red fruit and delicate floral notes are perceived, accompanied by slight spicy accents.

On the palate, the structure is soft and enveloping, with an elegant balance between sweetness and alcohol finesse, leaving a persistent and harmonious aftertaste. Perfect as a digestive, it pairs ideally with dry sweets or aged cheeses, enhancing the authentic character of Piedmontese culture. A grappa that tells the story of the Nizza territory in every sip.
