A Grappa that comes from the distillation of pomace obtained from the production of Amarone (Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella), coming from the Valpolicella area in the province of Verona.
The distillation gives the product an intense aroma characteristic of this specific blend. The grappa is enriched with new organoleptic properties thanks to the aging in small oak barrels.
Shows a beautiful amber color. A rich and complex sip, and extremely soft. The taste recalls jam and sweet tobacco, guaranteeing a unique flavor characterized by hints of red fruit and tannins.
