The cask finish process provides a harmonious balance between structure and softness, emphasizing aromatic persistence and a full, warm, and seductive taste. Ideal to enjoy at the end of a meal, it pairs perfectly with chocolate desserts, aged cheeses, and as a companion to moments of meditation and refined tasting.

Distillation
Steam distillation for the line, with use of both continuous columns for large-scale production and batch/boiling distillations in small alembics at group sites for special products.
Ageing
Wood ageing and cask-finish: some grappas are aged or complete maturation in ex-Barolo, ex-Port, ex-Bourbon or ex-Sherry barrels/barriques; Slavonia and Limousin oak casks are also used for specific expressions.
