The Grappa Barolo Cask Finish by Luigi Francoli is born from the excellence of Piedmontese Nebbiolo pomace, carefully selected and masterfully distilled to enhance the artisanal tradition of high-quality grappa. Aged in barrels previously used for aging Barolo, this grappa acquires a complex and enveloping character, with aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light vanilla notes, evoking the prestigious Langhe region, the birthplace of this renowned wine.

The cask finish process provides a harmonious balance between structure and softness, emphasizing aromatic persistence and a full, warm, and seductive taste. Ideal to enjoy at the end of a meal, it pairs perfectly with chocolate desserts, aged cheeses, and as a companion to moments of meditation and refined tasting.

A distillate that tells the story and winemaking tradition of Piedmont with elegance and personality.
