The Grappa Barolo from Distilleria Trussoni is born in the picturesque land of Piedmont, a region famous for its winemaking tradition and the prestigious Barolo wine. This grappa is distilled using the Nebbiolo grape pomace, the area's flagship variety, collected after the fermentation of grapes destined for this noble wine. The result is a grappa with an intense and refined character, preserving the elegant aromas and Piedmontese notes typical of Nebbiolo.

The traditional distillation method gives this grappa a harmonious structure, with hints of dried fruit and a light spiciness that develops over time. On the palate, it is smooth and persistent, with a balanced alcoholic warmth that enhances the drinking experience. Excellent as a digestive, it pairs perfectly with desserts made from dark chocolate or aged cheeses, enhancing the aromatic nuances of the origin territory.
