The distillate expresses the purity of the Sangiovese grosso grape variety, sublimating the characteristics of the territory with intense and enveloping aromas. The aging is carried out with a careful and respectful method, preserving the typical aromatic qualities of the raw material, offering an elegant and complex bouquet, where scents of ripe fruit, delicate spices, and light balsamic notes intertwine.
On the palate, the grappa reveals itself to be soft and warm, full-bodied yet refined, capable of leaving a persistent and pleasant aftertaste. Perfect at the end of a meal, it pairs well with desserts based on chocolate or dried fruit, but also conquers even the most experienced taster in the simple moment of meditation.

Distillation
Distillation from pomace; for CastelGiocondo pot distillation (distillation in a discontinuous alembic) is indicated. Some labels (e.g. Luce) are produced in collaboration with Jacopo Poli.
Ageing
Some labels are clear and unaged; others undergo wood ageing (for example in French oak barriques for Grappa Luce and the aged versions).
