“Costa Russi” is produced in Piedmont from the distillation of selected pomace of Nebbiolo grapes, coming from the vineyards of the Gaja estate, by means of discontinuous stills. The distillate ages for a period of 12 months in small oak, birch, juniper and acacia barrels, this gives the grappa particularly refined properties, with tertiary scents and many facets.

An amber label born from an excellent raw material, with fruity aromas and notes of dried fruit, raisins and honey, hints of chocolate and spices. The taste is decidedly soft, pleasant and harmonious and is never aggressive, perfect for those who prefer amber grappas.
