Originating from the Castagner distillery, this grappa stands out for its use of selected Amarone grape pomace, known for their drying process that concentrates sugars and flavors. After fermentation and the first distillation, a meticulous aging process follows in oak barriques, where the grappa matures acquiring sweet tannins, aromatic complexity, and a seductive amber color.
On the nose, the Fuoriclasse Amarone Grappa by Castagner offers an intensely aromatic bouquet, with notes of marasca cherry, plum, sweet spices, and a hint of chocolate. On the palate, the complexity is expressed with elegance and balance, blending flavors of ripe fruit with hints of vanilla and cocoa, derived from the oak wood.
With a long and lingering finish, this grappa is ideal to be sipped after dinner, offering a moment of pure and refined pleasure. It is also perfect as a gift for enthusiasts of high-quality spirits, or to be included in a private collection.
Pair it with dark chocolate or a selection of aged cheeses to further enhance its organoleptic qualities. The Fuoriclasse Amarone Grappa – Castagner is a symbol of excellence and Italian tradition in the world of superior quality grappas.
