The Grappa Gravner Capovilla Ribolla 2011 is a distillate of rare elegance and complexity, born from the collaboration between two great Italian masters: Josko Gravner and Vittorio Capovilla. Obtained from the distillation of Ribolla Gialla pomace, an indigenous grape variety from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this grappa exhibits a unique and distinctive character.

After fermentation, the pomace is carefully selected and transported to Capovilla's distillery, where it undergoes a slow and meticulous distillation process, capturing the purest essence of the fruit. The result is a clear and crystalline grappa, distinguished by its delicate aromas of fresh fruit, floral notes, and a subtle hint of almond.

On the palate, the Grappa Gravner Capovilla Ribolla 2011 offers a soft yet intense structure, with aromatic persistence evoking sensations of white-fleshed fruit and nuances of aromatic herbs. The balance between alcohol and aroma is impeccable, making each sip a true sensory experience.

With aging in glass containers for about a year before being bottled, this grappa presents itself as an ideal choice for lovers of refined and characterful distillates. Perfect to enjoy at the end of a meal, it is a sublime expression of the Friulian territory and Italian craftsmanship in the field of grappa.
