The Grappa Nonino Monovitigno Tocai stands out as an excellence among Italian grappas, celebrated for its way of interpreting the Tocai grape variety. Originating from a distillery synonymous with quality and tradition, Nonino has elevated the art of distillation to new heights with this pure and refined expression.

Distilled exclusively using fresh Tocai pomace, this grappa boasts a particularly rich aromatic profile. On the nose, floral notes are distinguished, accompanied by a subtle hint of fresh fruit that preludes a taste where the purity of the fruit is expressed with elegance and finesse. The color is crystal-clear, a sign of its purity and the quality of the distillation.

On the palate, the Grappa Nonino Monovitigno Tocai offers a harmonious and smooth taste, with a long, pleasantly aromatic finish, making it ideal as a digestive after a meal or to be sipped in moments of relaxation. Its versatility also makes it suitable as a base for innovative cocktails that wish to highlight the characteristics of a high-end grappa.

Served at a temperature of about 12-16°C, this grappa not only celebrates the uniqueness of the Tocai grape but also encapsulates the passion and skill of the Nonino distillers, who for generations have preserved the art of distillation.
